For at f\u00f8lge med eftersp\u00f8rgslen fra en lang r\u00e6kke kunder, der is\u00e6r \u00f8nsker at anvende SL-d\u00e6kkene til boligbyggeri, har Lujabetoni besluttet at investere i en ny mega fabrik i J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4, kun 46 km fra Helsinki.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Vi pr\u00e6senterede SL-d\u00e6kket til markedet i december og hele vores produktionskapacitet for \u00e5ret er allerede udsolgt. Fra starten har vores \u00f8nske v\u00e6ret hurtigt at \u00f8ge produktionskapaciteten til vores vigtigste markeder, boligmarkedet i Helsinki og omegn. Med investeringen \u00f8ger vi nu produktionskapaciteten af SL-d\u00e6kket med flere hundredtusind kvadratmeter,<\/em><em>&#8221; siger\u00a0<\/em>Mikko\u00a0Isotalo, der er adm. direkt\u00f8r i Lujabetoni.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f8bet af de eksisterende fabriksbygninger blev gennemf\u00f8rt d. 8. februar 2018 og inkluderer ca. 30.000 m2 produktionsplads, 5.000 m2 kontorplads og 25 hektar land, hvilket vil g\u00f8re det til den st\u00f8rste betonelementfabrik i Finland m\u00e5lt p\u00e5 sin st\u00f8rrelse. Udover SL-d\u00e6k, vil der ogs\u00e5 blive produceret v\u00e6gelementer, lette v\u00e6gge og diverse specialelementer til boligbyggeri p\u00e5 den nye fabrik.
