Ved testen blev et 2,4 meter bredt SL-d\u00e6k placeret ovenp\u00e5 DBI\u2019s brandkammer i Hvidovre, hvorefter d\u00e6kket blev udsat for over 1.000 graders varmep\u00e5virkning.<\/p>\n<p>SL-D\u00e6kket klarede testen uden problemer, og if\u00f8lge Kristian Hertz, professor ved DTU og opfinder af den bagvedliggende teknologi, var det en stor bedrift.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVi har foretaget beregninger, der viser at SL-d\u00e6kket kan holde til minimum 4 timers standardbrand, s\u00e5 form\u00e5let med testen var at eftervise at temperaturudviklingen i beregningsgrundlaget ogs\u00e5 svarer til det faktiske forl\u00f8b. Det beviste testen til fulde. Efter 4 timer var SL-d\u00e6kket stadig uskadt, og vi m\u00e5lte nedb\u00f8jningen til blot ca. 7 cm. Til trods for at undersiden var helt r\u00f8dgl\u00f8dende, da vi l\u00f8ftede d\u00e6kket af, var temperaturen p\u00e5 oversiden blot steget 58 grader, hvilket m\u00e5 siges at v\u00e6re ret banebrydende,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0siger Kristian Hertz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00d8DT I ILD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rsagen til SL-D\u00e6kkets kraftigt forbedrede brandegenskaber skyldes den innovative kombination af selvkompakterende beton og letbeton, der bogstaveligt talt bliver \u201df\u00f8dt i ild\u201d. Letbeton best\u00e5r nemlig af ekspanderet ler, som fremstilles i ovne ved ca. 1.200 grader. I SL-D\u00e6kket bruges den lette beton i en speciel buet geometri langs hele undersiden, som dermed beskytter b\u00e5de armeringen og den st\u00e6rke beton mod afskalning.<\/p>\n<p>Brandtesten p\u00e5viste, at SL-d\u00e6kket kan modst\u00e5 minimum 4 timers brand og er dermed af DBI klassificeret til REI240. Beregninger viser at d\u00e6kket kan holde endnu l\u00e6ngere.
