Perstrup og \u00d8SB vandt i samarbejde elemententreprisen baseret p\u00e5 en l\u00f8sning med Sl-D\u00e6kket. Byggeriet bliver en af de mest markante bygninger i Vestjylland og forventes at st\u00e5 klar til indflytning i februar 2015.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Bygningen er tegnet af \u00c5rstiderne Arkitekter, der har hentet en del af sin inspiration lige uden for d\u00f8ren, fra Skjern \u00c5\u2019s svungne forl\u00f8b. Derfor et huset tegnet som en stor cirkel og med en gr\u00f8n rampe op til taget, som videref\u00f8rer engomr\u00e5derne helt ind i bygningen. Netop den cirkul\u00e6re formgivning var en af flere \u00e5rsager til, at valget af betond\u00e6k faldt p\u00e5 SL-D\u00e6kket.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dSL-D\u00e6kket er verdens f\u00f8rste pr\u00e6fabrikerede d\u00e6kelement, som kan produceres med afrundede ender og sider. Det giver store fordele og betyder bl.a. at man p\u00e5 Innovest sparer en masse tilpasningsarbejde samt in situ-st\u00f8bning, som vi langt mere effektivt kan producere p\u00e5 fabrikken,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0siger adm. direkt\u00f8r i Perstrup, Karsten Sandal.<\/p>\n<p>Foruden afrundede d\u00e6k, indarbejder Perstrup en r\u00e6kke andre l\u00f8sninger i SL-d\u00e6kkene, som normalt udf\u00f8res p\u00e5 pladsen. Eksempelvis er randarmeringen indst\u00f8bt allerede p\u00e5 fabrikken. Derudover er hylser til fastg\u00f8relse af sikkerhedsv\u00e6rn indst\u00f8bt direkte i d\u00e6kkenes kanter, s\u00e5 v\u00e6rnene kan fastg\u00f8res, n\u00e5r d\u00e6kkene ligger klar til montage p\u00e5 vognen. Det giver b\u00e5de en tidsm\u00e6ssig besparelse p\u00e5 pladsen og et sikrere arbejdsmilj\u00f8.<\/p>\n<p>I denne m\u00e5ned skal Perstrup ogs\u00e5 levere SL-d\u00e6k til et andet projekt. Det drejer sig om en ny undervisningsbygning til Gl. Hellerup Gymnasium, der er tegnet af arkitektfirmaet BIG. I dette projekt er der ogs\u00e5 indarbejdet en r\u00e6kke nye l\u00f8sninger, der foruden afrundede d\u00e6k og indst\u00f8bt randarmering t\u00e6ller indbyggede vekselbj\u00e6lker og s\u00e5kaldte bladsamlinger, som i visse tilf\u00e6lde g\u00f8r det muligt at undv\u00e6re bj\u00e6lker.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dSL-D\u00e6kket er udviklet, s\u00e5ledes at man i et industrielt pr\u00e6fabrikeret d\u00e6kelement kan f\u00e5 n\u00e6sten den samme grad af fleksibilitet, som man traditionelt har skullet bruge in situ- eller filigran-l\u00f8sninger for at opn\u00e5. Vi mener, at fremtiden ligger i at flytte processer fra byggepladsen ind p\u00e5 fabrikken, da det reducerer byggeomkostningerne,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0siger adm. Hans Terney Rasmussen fra \u00a0Abeo.<\/p>\n<p>Udover 10.252 kvm SL-D\u00e6k skal Perstrup og \u00d8SB til Innovest levere 3.092 kvm v\u00e6gelementer, 2.051 kvm facadeelementer, 445 s\u00f8jler, 99 forsp\u00e6ndte bj\u00e6lker samt en r\u00e6kke specialelementer.
