22.000 m2 SL-decks for big housing project
Danish SL-deck producer, Perstrup, won the entire €6 million precast contract for two buildings located in the upcoming Bagsvaerd city district. The contract was secured with a SL-deck design enabling a thin and cheap floor structure.
Bagsvaerd’s new city district is under way and the first phase consists of the buildings ‘Porthuset’ and ‘Købmandsgården’ encompassing 154 apartments in addition to a supermarked on the ground floor as well as a parking lot under the buildings.
Porthuset to the south has a square shape containing a smaller and intimate yard, while Købmandsgården to the north becomes a partially open block with a large opening oriented to the south.
Perstrup won the entire precast contract of €6 million based on a SL-deck design enabling a thin and cheap floor structure on top of the SL-decks. The total contract consists of:
– 22,400 m2 SL-decks
– 17,800 m2 walls
– 238 stairs
– 141 KB beams
– 108 columns
The project will be constructed by GVL Entreprise and is expected to be completed by early 2019.
