Bagsvaerd City Park

Porthuset & Købmandsgården is the first housing development in the new vibrant Bagsvaerd City Park. The project consists of 154 apartments, a supermarket on the ground floor as well as an underground parking unit. Industri Beton won the full precast contract based on a design with 22,000 m2 SL-decks as the load-bearing floor structure.
