Factory Setup
SL-Decks production can be established in new or old production facilities at a low investment cost. Existing casting beds can easily be retrofitted to allow for SL-deck production and can even be designed for production of both SL-decks and hollow-core slabs (MultiSlab®) which provides a very high level of production – and market – flexibility.
Production Process
SL-Decks are produced on traditional casting beds of typically 80-150-meter length and up to 3.6-meter width in a 24-hour production cycle.
